The 30-Day Holistic Health Challenge is based on the book, Revolutionize Your Health: How to Take Back Your Body's Power to Heal. The course consists of 29 Lectures with exercises and challenges that will help you raise your holistic awareness (body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit) a prerequisite if you want to achieve holistic health.
Each day comes with an introductory video with an explanation or a demonstration of the task itself a and a PDF with some background information. Some days also have an additional audio file. Lecture 30 (Day 30) is a one hour webinar on Holistic Awareness.
While the course was originally designed to be taken over 30 consecutive days, it can be done at your leisure.
